Exchange and return policy

Can I return an item I purchased from your website?

We will be more than happy to assist you with returning or exchanging any product.

Are there any restrictions on whether I can exchange or replace my product?

Yes, you can exchange or change your item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided there is no defect or difference in the appearance previously ordered.

Can I return my product?

Yes, you can return sealed, unused products within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are unopened.

If you provide incorrect contact information, we are not responsible for any resulting incidents, such as product damage, non-refundability, or other potential issues.

Returned products must be unused and in the original packaging. We cannot return used products if they are damaged or altered in any way.

If the item sent to the customer is correct, matching the name of the item sent by the customer and the chassis number sent with the order, or if the customer selected it from the list of items on display, the customer is not entitled to request a replacement or return.

If the store sends an item that does not match the customer's order specifications or sends an unusable item, the customer has the right to request a replacement or return within the warranty period specified in the order.

O The Fortress of Hope Store is not obligated to provide any compensation to the buyer except for the value of the order paid for the requested items.

O The store does not bear any additional fees for errors in preparing the item.

O If the customer delays sending the item for more than 24 hours from the time the customer notifies the customer service center, the return or exchange request is considered void.

O The above requires that the returned items arrive in their original condition and be received by the store before the replacement procedure or the refund process can begin. If the returned item differs from the original item sent to the customer, the order is considered void.

o The above requires that the exchange or return request be made within the warranty period specified with each item sold. If the request is made after the warranty period has expired, the request will be considered void and unacceptable.

o If the warranty period is not specified with the order, the item's warranty will be 48 hours from the time the item arrives at the customer's shipping address. Any exchange or return request during this period will be considered void and unacceptable.

Can I get a refund for my order?

* Yes, the customer is entitled to a refund according to the refund policy. The full or partial amount will be refunded within 7 business days from the date of order cancellation, whether by the customer or by the Fortress of Hope store, using the same method used in the store.
